Purposes of data processing by the responsible party and third parties
We only process your personal data for the purposes set out in this privacy policy. We do not transmit your personal data to third parties for purposes other than those stated. We only pass on your personal data to third parties if:
– you have given your express consent,
– the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you,
– the processing is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation,
– the processing is necessary to safeguard legitimate interests and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in not passing on your data.
Cookies
Like many other websites, we also use so-called “cookies”. Cookies are small text files that are transferred from a website server to your hard drive. We automatically receive certain data such as your IP address, the browser used, the operating system and your connection to the internet.
Cookies cannot be used to start programs or transfer viruses to a computer. With the information contained in cookies, we can make navigation easier for you and enable the correct display of our websites.
Under no circumstances will the data collected by us be passed on to third parties or a connection with personal data established without your consent.
Of course, you can also view our website without cookies in principle. Internet browsers are usually set to accept cookies. In general, you can deactivate the use of cookies at any time via the settings of your browser. Please use the help functions of your internet browser to find out how to change these settings. Please note that individual functions of our website may not work if you have deactivated the use of cookies.
SSL encryption
To protect the security of your data during transmission, we use encryption methods appropriate to the current state of the art (e.g. SSL) via HTTPS.
Contact form
If you contact us regarding any kind of question by email or contact form, you give us your voluntary consent for the purpose of getting in touch. A valid email address is required for this. This serves to assign the enquiry and the subsequent response. Providing further data is optional. The information you provide is stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry as well as for possible follow-up questions. After completion of the enquiry made by you, personal data will be automatically deleted.
Use of OPENSTREETMAP
This website uses the Leaflet API, a map service that makes it possible to integrate OpenStreetMap – the open source alternative to Google Maps – into the website. For correct display it is technically necessary to send requests to other servers. Through these requests it would in principle be possible that information about your use of this website (including your IP address) is transferred to other servers and stored there. According to analysis with developer tools, the other servers are limited to maps.wikimedia.org (map layer) and unpkg.com (Leaflet files).
You have the possibility to deactivate the OpenStreetMap service and thus prevent the data transfer to third parties by deactivating JavaScript in your browser. We point out, however, that in this case you will not be able to use the map display on our pages or only to a limited extent.
The use of OpenStreetMap is in the interest of enhancing our online offer. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.
More information on OpenStreetMap can be found at https://www.openstreetmap.de. More information on the Leaflet API used can be found at https://www.leafletjs.com
Changes to our privacy policy
We reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy so that it always meets the current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the privacy policy, e.g. when introducing new services. The new privacy policy will then apply to your next visit.
